Frequently Asked Question

To review recordings of specific extensions (e.g. x101):

1. Log into your admin dashboard
2. Navigate to menu item  Call Recording under Advanced heading
3. For x101, select the folder button under the Actions.
4. Simply press the Play button.  To download

Requirement: Call Recording is Enabled.
